Blue Economy Innovation Catalyst

Seeking an independent contractor (individual or company) to fulfill a Blue Economy “Innovation Catalyst” (IC) role and help develop Oregon’s maritime ecosystem, including blue economy (BE) tools and technologies in partnership with the Oregon State University Hatfield Marine Science Center (HMSC). Innovation Catalysts have experience starting or scaling a company and/or have significant experience in the startup ecosystem. Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
