Welcome back to the Ocean Renewable Energy Conference. This year, OREC will team with the Marine Energy Collegiate Competition finals, and will take place May 20-23, 2024, at the World Forestry Center in Portland, Oregon. Sessions and discussion will focus on a broad range of subjects describing the marine energy sector and include opportunities to stay up to date on key developments such as testing infrastructure and Blue Economy opportunities.

Accommodations

Get the best of both worlds Portland has to offer: book a hotel downtown near the red/blue Max line, then ride the train up into the wooded hills around the World Forestry Center.

Advice from the organizers: Here are three nearby hotels to consider, but there are many others on the red/blue Max line that would provide quick and convenient access to the venue
